Salon CoCo BOND is a VERY BUSY SALON & SPA, looking for PART TIME Customer Service. Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays (as well as one evening a week.) Salon experience strongly preferred!

We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Front Desk Receptionists. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, managing client appointments, answering phones, assist clients check out from their appointments and provide outstanding customer service! Our receptionists play a critical role in the success of our business and must have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize tasks and always remain positive in stressful situations. Salon and spa experience is preferred. Must have proficient computer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure client check-ins are timely.
• Answer phones and greet clients and visitors.
• Create appointments for customers via salon based computer system
• Support our stylists, nail technicians and estheticians in all aspects of client care
• Check clients out at the register

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
