Job Description
- Lead the Font Desk Sales staff to ensure100% satisfaction, from the moment a guest arrives at the School, until they leave. Serve as the main point of contact for all guest’s requests/needs, and then pursuing the issue, to a resolution. The agent must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and must be proactive in every area. Duties will include: checking guests into and out of the school, revenue optimization, fulfilling their requests during their time in school, answering telephone inquiries, setting appointments, and other duties as assigned. Must have a pleasant attitude and excellent demeanor. Must work well under pressure. Schedule flexibility is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Follow the School policies and procedures
- Attend staff meetings when directed
- Opening, closing and balancing cash drawer
- Retrieve phone messages
- Schedule appointments for guest and students
- Confirmation calls daily
- Teaching students proper guest handling procedures
- Responsible for keeping reception area clean at all times
- Dust retail shelves
- Keep desk and surrounding area free of clutter and trash
- Assist / Lead inventory process with Lead Student Salon Training Area Educator
- Develop social media marketing for the school on a monthly basis
- Create, develop and track monthly promotion

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
