Levels Cannabis's Corperate Office is in search of an upbeat and highly organized individual to welcome guests and act as clerical support to the office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and transfer phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Order supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Refill refrigerators and ensure communal areas are tidy.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machine and printers)
- Positive attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organization skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
