Front Desk Receptionist Job at Metuchen Pediatric Dentistry
Metuchen pediatric dentistry is a brand new office, privately owned practice seeking a dentally experienced, motivated and cheerful front desk receptionist. Candidate MUST have atleast 1 year dental front desk experience. Proficiency in Open Dental software is a plus. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, professionalism and provide great customer service.
Candidate responsibilities include: answer phone calls, make appointments, check patients in and out, take payments, insurance verification, submission of claims and ensure smooth office flow by being a team player. Desire to grow within the office and proficient computer skills are highly desirable. Candidate must connect with children, be polite, courteous, reliable and a team player. Please send your resume with availability. Phone interview will be conducted before in-person meeting. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, 1 Saturday/month 8am-12pm. Salary is commensurate with experience.
