Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for the Front Desk. We are looking for someone:
- with a good work ethic
- who works well with others
- who can take instruction and has good reasoning skills
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls and visitors
- Post all outgoing mail (US Mail, UPS, FedEx)
- Receive and distribute all incoming mail
- Communicate with all departments via telephone, email and radio
- Perform data entry, faxing, scanning, copying, laminating, etc. as required
- Aid Human Resourcing in all aspects relating to new hires: completing paperwork, I-9 verification, communicating drug testing information, copying documents, etc.
- Answer general questions about direct deposit, pay stub copies
- Maintain employee list
- Maintain and request updated copies of Certificates of Liability
- Order office supplies monthly
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:45pm. Professional appearance and pleasant phone voice a must. Minimum 1 year multiline phone experience preferred. Candidates may be subject to Word and Excel training after an initial interview.
