We are a well-established Chiropractic practice/wellness center that has been serving the Main Line area for over 15 years that is seeking a great candidate to join our team! We are a multidisciplinary practice that offers services in Chiropractic Care, Nerve and Disc Care, Rehabilitation, Sports Performance Training, Personal Training, Nutritional Counseling and Weight Loss, Functional Medicine and Massage Therapy. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic team player who embraces a wellness lifestyle and wants to help promote a holistic approach to our patients and their families.
Our front desk/receptionist should have a warm, caring, and upbeat personality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and fun environment. This job will involve customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling and posting payments, working/talking with insurance companies, managing patient flow, and working with the Doctors and therapists regarding patient needs. You should be open to working marketing events to help promote the practice. Also, must love dogs! We have a four-legged hospitality manager that roams the halls.
MacPractice experience is a plus. Customer service or receptionist experience is preferred but not required. We will train you!
The office is open M-F. Some Saturdays may be required. Local applicants only.
