La Vie Med Spas (LVS) is looking for a highly competent, friendly, and outgoing professional Front Desk Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our growing company.

This is a full-time position that is the first point of contact for our clientele and leaves them with their last impression of LVS. This position is responsible for:

  • Answering the phones, texts, and emails setting appointments, making outbound sales and appointment confirmation calls, and successfully turning every call into a client.
  • This individual is in the retail space and must have a professional presence and welcoming personality with exceptional listening and sales skills that will assist them in directing the clients to products and services.
  • Ensure all common areas are clean, organized and free of trash and dust and maintaining all products necessary for serving the clients their beverages and any foods.
  • Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the receptionist is responsible for all the retail presentation, selling retail products and services to clients and may be required to work between 2 locations in Austin when necessary.
  • This is an incredible opportunity for an outgoing person who enjoys making people feel special, someone who enjoys sales and can utilize a POS system.

Qualifications:

  • One year experience in selling products and or services.
  • Must be professional with enthusiasm and respect.
  • Must be organized with attention to detail and multitask accurately.
  • Must be proactive with tasks and eager to learn more about your company and industry.
  • Ability to be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible with your duties along with flexibility to work at either location as needed.
  • Ability to arrive at work with and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must be willing to undergo a practical skills test prior to employment.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check, including criminal background check.

Education requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • Proficient in operating an Apple Computer and IPhone
  • Must have excellent computer and software skills with the ability to quickly learn POS software.

Physical Qualifications:

  • Must be able to sustain reasonable physical activity for the duration of a scheduled shift performing the duties as described above.
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time performing client services or job duties.
  • Ability to independently and efficiently commute between spa locations to perform job functions.
