Front Desk/Reservations Agent (2nd Shift) Job at Music Road Resort
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Brand goals.
- Communicate with Housekeeping regularly on information regarding groups and special requirements from guests
- Register guests, assign rooms, & issue room keys.
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests’ accounts.
- Make and confirm reservations.
- Present statements to and collect payments from departing guests.
- Close and balance shift.
- Remain highly visible and be readily available for guests at all times.
- Report maintenance work orders and follow-up timely manner to make sure tasks are completed.
- Support team members to ensure the team’s entire workload is completed daily.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Some Guest Services experience preferred
- Able to work First & Second shift
Commission Structure:
- Rack rate: 2% of total price of the stay before taxes
- Discounted rate: 0.05% of total price of the stay before taxes
- Commission is paid out once guest has fulfilled the reservation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
