U- PULL- IT, a division of NIKI D'ATRI ENTERPRISES INC., is currently looking to fill the role of a Front Loader Operator/Production Supervisor in Youngstown, Ohio.

Position Summary

This position would be a working supervisor in a scrap/ salvage yard. You would supervise a crew, keep them motivated, and monitor their work quality.

The Front Loader Operator/Production Supervisor reports any issues with the work and/or crew he or she supervises to General Manager. The production Supervisor is also responsible for scheduling and/or training employees on the various aspects of the yard.

Essential Job Duties:

• Front-End Loader Experience a Must!
• Reporting daily/weekly production numbers
• Conduct ongoing safety meetings
• Scheduling and production planning
• Identify production improvements
• Ensure Equipment is maintained daily
• Assigning duties, tags, and packets to crew members

Qualifications:

• High Schools Diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus
• Knowledge of Safety /OSHA guidelines and adherence to your safety and those of others
• Able to lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, climb, stoop, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders.
• Forklift and crane experience is a plus
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Forklift and loader certification is a definite plus
• Flexible to work off hours, overtime, and weekends if needed
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen test and background check if requested.
