Job Summary:

The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and oversee that all employees are able to perform their job duties to the best of their abilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.

· Conducts informative and engaging shift-starters

· Conducts labor audits

Administrative duties include but not limited to Inventory, Ordering, Cost Trackers, Scheduling, Social Media, Website Maintenance, Labor Audits, Bar Inventory Audits.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Organize and update off-site and on-site catering schedule

· Organize and schedule Call Ahead Seating

· Review FAST Lunch Service Standards before lunch

· Be proactive and cautious of the organization’s bottom line during operations

· Ensure guests are greeted with a smile and genuine hospitality

· Visit with guests to insure they are having an excellent experience

· Hold team accountable for Refills, Pre-Bussing & Running Hot Food, assist as needed

· Run performance report regularly to ensure service goals are being met

· Check in with Host staff regularly to ensure all required duties are being performed

· Continually communicate with service staff to ensure excellent service

· Communicate in a team environment and regularly update co-managers

· Excellent Financial Performance

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent management and supervisory skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.

· Organized with attention to detail.

· Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.

· Ability to coach and mentor staff
Education and Experience:
· At least three years of restaurant experience required.

· Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
