We are a small, local, family owned business that will soon be opening a second location. That being said, we need to make sure things are running smoothly and effeciently at our initial location in Mount Dora, FL. We're looking to add an additional FOHM to assist in day to day activities such as overseeing all the main functions of our restaurant to ensure the establishment operating efficiently and customers are happy. Tasks will including hiring, training, and managing staff, maintaining and recording front end inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction, etc. Full time or part time available. We are closed every Monday. We offer flexible scheduling as well as paid training, employee discounts, and the opportunity for advancement. Pay based on experience. Must have at least two years of restaurant management experience managing a team of 10+ individuals. We are holding open interviews daily Tuesday-Sunday from 10:30am-noon, please feel free to stop in and ask for the owner, Jonathan.
