RPM is a regional staffing and employment company and we are seeking an experienced HR Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator for our busy Sherman, TX office!

Job Duties:
  • Assist in processing applicants.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Recruiting/Working job boards.
  • Processing pre-employment paperwork.
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate individual.
  • Conducting orientations on new hires.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding computer skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task efficiently.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Must have worked in an office environment, working in a Human Resource capacity is a plus.
