Description
The Edgewater Hotel is the flagship property for Noble House Hotels and Resorts. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to join our band! Your role will be drive exceptional guest experience through developing cross functional relationships, proactive clear communication, and leading the team.
A day in the life…
- Teaches and motivates the team by having high expectations, being a role model and not shying away from addressing performance concerns
- Develops and operates an effective communication system with front office staff
- Maintaining positive guest relations, ensuring guest satisfaction- a master for solving problems
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
- Prepare employee schedules according to business forecast maintaining union guidelines

Salary: 65,500-70,000
Requirements:You own this if you have…
- You are a team player with leadership, management, and team building skills
- You are a great trainer and mentor
- You can manage competing priorities and stay calm in stressful situations
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years previous management experience, union management a plus!
- Previous experience with Springer Miller Systems (SMS) a plus!
