We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator (front desk receptionist) who is passionate about health to join an amazing team at our Southern Pines, NC clinic. We are seeking a team member that strives for excellence and has a passion for the local community. This is a unique position that gets you out in the community building relationships as well as in the clinic with our patients. Your efforts will aid us in growing!
Schedule Requirements:
- This listing is for a candidate who will work 20-30 hours per week (depending on Fulltime or Part time.
Available Shifts Full Shifts - (M-F) 9:30 AM-7:15 PM (S-S) 9:30 AM- 5:15 PM
- Half Shifts - (M-F) 9:30 AM-2:45 PM or 2:45 PM-7:15 PM
- Must be available to help on weekends
- (Lunch Breaks are M-F 2:15 PM-2:45 PM)
Compensation
- Starting rate is between $13-$15 per hour
- Bonus opportunities

As a Wellness Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator, your typical day may include:
- Capturing creative photos and videos for our clinic's social media platforms
- Engaging local businesses in the community through cross promotional efforts such as; coordinating table events in the clinic and at other businesses, visiting local business to distribute marketing materials, etc.
- Attending local events and festivals for brand representation
- Greeting patients upon arrival & checking patients in to see the Chiropractor
- Presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
- Educating patients on best membership options for their needs
- Answering phone calls and completing sales calls
- Resolving any patient issues or concerns
- Looking for ways to achieve sales and clinic goals and addressing those with other coordinators and doctors
- Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of the workspace
- Managing files and ensuring thorough documentation in patient accounts
- Participating in local marketing promotions and social media engagement
- Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
- Participating in bi-monthly team calls to stay updated on current goals and strategies
- Attending virtual corporate trainings to stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.

Preferred Skills:
- Marketing experience- local and digital
- Knowledge about the community
- Sales experience discussing memberships, pre-paid service packages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to use sound judgment in responding to patient concerns
- Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and committed
- Highly collaborative and relational: values team cohesion and positivity
- Understanding of chiropractic care or other interest in alternative health care
- Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and email systems
Additional Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred*)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
