3. We Don’t Need The Commute, Right? (100% Remote) We’ve made the transition to 100% remote at Kinetix. While we’ll still have office space in Atlanta, the pandemic showed us we could go to 100% WFH. That means you can live where you want to live, and you get the commute hours back for work/life balance.

5. Get Paid What You’re Worth. Our view is simple – we want you to earn the best living you can. To that end, our recruiters are paid on a 60/40 split, with 60% of total comp comprised of base salary and the other 40% based on commission for filled positions. In addition, we don’t cap commissions, which means many on our team far exceed the target comp for their position.
6. We Have Other Stuff as Well! Yes, this is a full-time position working for Kinetix. As a part of the team, you’ll be eligible for an assortment of benefits including the medical/dental/vision trifecta, PTO, 401k with a match, profit sharing and a plethora of orange items and clothing with our logo on it. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Work to only deliver the best candidates to our clients to further establish a positive and capable opinion of the Kinetix brand.
- Exhibit our recruiting standards when sourcing and communicating with future candidates.
- Participate in intake calls and work to resolve client issues as they arise. Maintain a "can do" attitude. Use system reports to track your weekly progress on goal completion and identify bottlenecks in your process.
- Compile weekly requisition reports for presentation to your manager as requested.
- Master the intricacies of our applicant tracking system, working closely with our Process Manager on weekly training initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience required, 5+ years recruiting experience required for senior recruiter positions.
- Staffing/Agency or Corporate recruiting background preferred.
- Blessed with the gift of gab and able to start and end your day pounding the phones, leaving no candidate stone unturned.
- You're a true team player who isn't afraid to run a few two-a-days.
