The Full Stack Developer will work with the IT team and reports directly to the Vice President of IT + Process. The Full Stack Developer is responsible for working on both front-end and back-end development processes. They design, develop, and maintain fully-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers. This is an exciting opportunity to help develop & implement a variety of systems on a dynamic team within a thriving industry. This is a full-time employment, on-site position.

Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

• Participating in the design and creation of scalable software
• Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• LOB Applications: smARTtrack, Admin, Pipedrive, QuickBooks, ActiveCampaign, Cvent, ITSM, and more
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications – What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Technical certifications, certificate programs, and/or higher-level training are highly desired
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• 8+ years experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js, Django, Flask)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Responsive Web Design & Debugging Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts in an understandable and concise way
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects and stay within scope, schedule, cost, and quality specifications
