We are hiring a Full Time Weekdays On-Call Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver. This person will be on call Monday - Friday. Will provide CNA/caregiver care when regular staff are unavailable. Base Pay will be $36K per Annum, available on-call day to fill in for shifts and do orientation/training of caregivers who are new to clients ; Mileage rates of $.625/mile traveling between patient homes. Also work one day at office and perform administrative duties.

*Must be available to fill in shifts Monday to Friday. Do not apply if you cannot work various shifts between Monday and Friday.

*Must be able to work different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Normal caregiver/CNA responsibilities
• Maintain dependability and availability to pick up on call and last minute shifts over weekend
• Ability to work days, evenings, or nights on assigned weekend
• Must respond and accept calls
• Must be available to be on site within 30-45 minutes of a call in
• Document all visits and communications with clients and caregivers/CNAs
• Adheres to and carries out all company policies and procedures
• Establishes and maintains constructive working relationships with coworkers, residents, and families

Qualifications:

· Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation

· Positive, compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient demeanor

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Ability to handle physical workload of atleast 50 lbs.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and ability to travel on site to patients as needed

· Must have reliable form of communication via phone or by email
