Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor activity at Cummings Center, an 80-acre business complex, via video screens and by conducting on-foot patrols of the buildings, parking garages, and grounds
• Be alert to facility-related and other incidents at Cummings Center, and respond according to standard protocols
• Provide guidance and support to watchstaff stationed at other Cummings locations
• Monitor activity at other Cummings buildings in Beverly via video screens
• Complete clear and concise log entries describing all overnight activities
• Interact with local police and fire departments when needed
• Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and directions

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with MS Office
• Residency in the greater Beverly area
• Spoken and written fluency in English
• A minimum of three years of related experience
• Access to reliable transportation, including a MA driver’s license
• Although this is not a security position, prior security guard, military, or law enforcement experience is valued
