We are revolutionizing the funeral experience through tech-enabled services to make arranging and pre-planning cremation more streamlined and affordable for grieving families.

A Day in the life of the After.com Operations Manager might include:

• Collaborating with service providers to ensure we continue to provide the highest quality of service to our families.
• Helping to obtain the proper permits necessary to satisfy state requirements for cremation.
• Developing local relationships with hospice workers, clergy, and other community organizations.
• Hand delivering or releasing cremated remains to families we have served.
• Follow up with families to check how they are doing and offer resources to help them.
• Collaborating with the team and sharing ideas to improve our process.
