General Cleaner Healthcare Facility Job at Diversified Services for Industry
VSI (Vonachen Services Inc), a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a 2nd Shift lead position for a healthcare facility in Ottawa Il.
The lead is responsible for providing high-quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and providing a safe working environment. This person is a liaison between Employees and managers when the manager is not present.
- Providing leadership, management, and direction in a healthcare facility
- Maintaining health and safety standards for the safety of all in the workplace
- Maintaining a positive employee experience
- Assessing and managing staffing in partnership with Human Resources
- Developing and coaching employees at all levels
- Managing and developing the customer relationship
Successful candidates will have previous cleaning experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate employees to do their best. Supervisory experience is preferred. Must meet pre-employment requirements as needed, work independently, possess personal initiative, and have strong customer service skills.
