Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of service in manufacturing or comparable (i.e. Amazon, UPS, farming/construction if it included operating heavy machinery) and ability to complete pre-employment weld training (PAID).
Required Skills
Excellent team orientation skills and willingness to work all shifts with prompt and regular attendance. Attendance is very important and attendance bonuses are available (up to $1,400) The right candidate will be extremely safety and quality oriented as well as mechanically inclined.
