The General Maintenance B position is responsible for the operations of the Central Plant. This role requires the engineer to Monitor, operate and maintain central plant equipment to include boilers, heaters and ancillary equipment, centrifugal chillers and associated pumps, cooling towers and associated pumps. Additional responsibilities include maintenance of HVAC, Kitchen and Laundry equipment, scheduling start/stop of AHUs serving meeting space, basic inspections and maintenance of life safety systems and logging and monitoring of building utility consumption. Basic troubleshooting skills required (electricity, plumbing, etc.) as well as good communication skills.
The hourly rate for this position is $27.00/hr.
