Crawl Space Brothers is a family owned company. We have a few locations across the United States and are expanding rapidly. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee our daily operations including our salesmen, installation crew, & inventory here at our Greenville, SC branch.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Handle the ordering, delivery, and tracking of inventory
- Oversee salesmen and be on call to assist with daily questions or issues that arise
- Create weekly schedules for our installation crews
- Oversee recruitment of new salesmen & installation crews
- Handle customer reviews & necessary customer correspondence
Preferable Skills
- Experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Knowledge of crawl spaces/crawl space installation
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
