Summary

The Global Project Coordinator, is responsible for assisting with the management and execution of global projects and ensurinig all project success factors are met. This includes support with project scoping, planning, communication, collaboration, resource development, and network execution. Projects are primarily focused on, but not limited to, product developments that drive and enhance the overall member and franchisee experience globally. This role works with and unifies cross functional departments to ensure successful implementation, execution, and ongoing management of strategic global brand initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Support with project managing major global product initiatives, oftentimes simultaneously, working in conjunction with brand experience leadership, regional teams and/or 3rd party partners/agencies.
• Establish and maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders. Create all project related documentation and reports required to ensure open communication between all team members, key stakeholders and brand leadership, working proactively to ensure team unity and alignment.
• Support with gathering insights, recommendations and expertise from regional department heads and teams throughtout the project timeframe to inform and shape global initiatives, ensuring global buy-in and execution.
• Support with developing and implementing comprehensive documentation, guides, and training materials for internal teams and franchisees to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of brand initiatives.
• Prepare information, project statuses and updates to be presented to various audiences as needed.
• Liaise with agencies/vendors as appropriate to assist with various project initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in parallel and manage a wide array of internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in identifying key insights and utilizing research to help drive strategic direction.
• Ability to work under pressure and is flexible and adaptable to change.
• Skilled at taking a problem/situation and creating calm out of chaos.
• Can handle details with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience.
• Has a positive, solution oriented attitude.

Education/Experience

• BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• 1-3 years of experience managing projects
