Government Contracts Associate (Junior to Midlevel) Job at Venable LLP
Venable LLP’s Government Contracts group seeks an experienced associate to join the practice in the Washington, D.C. or Tysons office.
The qualified candidate has a minimum of two years of experience working in the government contracts space. A background in bid protests before the GAO and the Court of Federal Claims is strongly preferred. Qualified candidates will also have experience with FAR and DFARS requirements, False Claims Act actions, and prime/subcontractor disputes. Candidates should have a demonstrated record of excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong academic credentials. Successful candidates will have law firm and/or clerking experience. Candidates must have a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the Washington, D.C. bar. Please include law school transcripts with submissions.
