A key component of the Pharmacist's role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Working on testing for your Pharmacy License in the state of Arizona
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
