Job Summary: The E-Commerce Listing Technician will play a critical role in creating and managing product listings on Amazon and Shopify. This position requires a unique combination of skills in graphic design, SEO, and copywriting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and knowledgeable about e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage product listings on Amazon and Shopify, ensuring accurate information, optimized titles, and well-written descriptions.

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings.

Design eye-catching and engaging images, infographics, and other visual assets to enhance product listings and increase conversion rates.

Write persuasive and informative copy that accurately reflects our brand's voice and appeals to our target audience.

Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce, graphic design, SEO, and copywriting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to optimize the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon and Shopify platforms.

Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce-related projects.

Solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to apply them to product listings.

Excellent copywriting skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
