Escape Room Zone at our Madison Heights location is hiring a Greeter to focus on improving guests’ overall experience and enhancing in-store profits for our lobby products. Ideal candidate is self-motivated and outgoing.

Working days are Friday – Sunday. 14-20 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Answer guests’ questions regarding different services, products, and specials
- Pass out promotional items to guests
- Upsell services - Axe Throwing, Paint Blast, Plate Smashing, Hot Seat Challenge
- Track and submit sales to General Manager
- Organize and arrange merchandising displays
- Ad hoc tasks by upper management
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales or retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with guests
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
