The Job

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, and working closely with our CEO, our Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving paid growth.

Requirements:
  • Lead acquisition marketing efforts to build, grow and optimize all channels, including Affiliates, Direct Mail, Paid Search, Paid Social. Heavy online to offline focus.
  • Launch new channels for profitable growth and demonstrated success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies
  • Test, learn, optimize, operationalize. Figure out what works to drive growth and scale it.
  • Partner with sales teams to drive Sales Qualified Leads
  • Run your own marketing analytics, gain insights and execute
  • Work with in-house technical teams to drive the product roadmaps for automation and optimization
  • Optimize conversion through consumer insights and testing
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and analytics

  • Highly resourceful & agile operator that's incredibly comfortable with ambiguity

  • Enthusiasm and interest in being part of an all remote team

Qualifications

  • Direct to consumer marketing experience a must
  • Finance, Insurance, +65 audience, Healthcare or Medicare experience
  • Start-up experience preferred
  • Demonstrable experience with optimization of a portfolio of paid programs and channels towards conversion and profitability
  • Excited by the mission to help older Americans make better healthcare choices
