Viciniti Corporate Housing (formerly ExecuStay Midwest) is an employee-owned company providing fully furnished, temporary and extended stay housing across the US. We work with guests who need temporary housing, whether it’s due to a job assignment, relocation, or displacement from a disaster. Our goal is to help their stay feel like the next best thing to home.

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly individual who understands great customer service to join our team as a Guest Services Representative.

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, as well as:

  • Answer and direct emails and phone calls.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, maintenance requests and work orders
  • Communicate with guests during their stay

Job Requirements:

  • Sense of urgency in providing exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative/clerical experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
