We are looking for a Guest Services person to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, responding to inquiries, assisting guests with services, helping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, must be detail oriented, a self-starter, works well with others, able to follow directions, able to lift at least 25lbs, and flexible with duties.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Provide information about the spa and its services.
• Answer inquiries regarding spa services.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist guests with services including: Float Tanks, Salt Cave, Detox Foot Baths & Infrared Saunas.
• Cleaning/flipping rooms between services.
• Re-stock supplies as needed throughout the spa.
• Laundry services, maintaining steady supply of towels, sheets, blankets, etc.
• Spa cleaning during down times including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms and clearing trash.
• Checking in and checking out guests when needed, including getting their waiver/intake information.
• Answering phones & booking appointments when needed.
• Work with massage therapists and estheticians when booking services.
• Opening and/or closing duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
