The Guest Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences! This role is responsible for supporting The Brim Cafe, Valet, Bell and Concierge. We are looking for a dynamic service leader that is excited by the challenge of anticipating and exceeding guest expectations. Someone that is fair but has high expectations for their team.

A day in the life…

  • Directing and coordinating the activities of the front drive experience
  • Promoting an inviting experience in the Brim Café, latte art a plus!
  • Manage the details and procures, inventories, manages expenses and displays local merchandise
  • Scheduling, training, and building SOP’s
  • Create new programming in partnership with marketing and Room’s leaders, including collateral, specials, and building local partnerships for transportation, tours, and activities

Salary: 75,000-80,000, plus 10% Bonus Potenial

Requirements:


You own this if you have…

  • You're a team player AND the coach! - strong experience in collaboration, training, and leading veteran teams. You can coach, counsel and discipline when necessary. 2+ years management experience in Hotel and Brick & Mortar Retail/Café
  • You foresee guests needs - keen sense for service opportunities and hands on approach for the operation; strong attention to detail.
  • You have an eye for creating and preserving performance and service standards.
  • You easily network and create long term professional relationship
  • You can do what needs to be done - flexible with working morning or evening MOD shifts.
  • You have previous experience managing union team members (a plus).
  • Tech Savvy, has used POS, PMS/HMS, Customer Review Platforms
