YOUR ROLE AS A REMODELING PROJECT MANAGER

As a Remodeling Project Manager, you are the backbone of our business. Your job is to make sure that our high-quality remodels proceed smoothly. Each day, you oversee your field staff of approximately five crew members as well as the variety of trades that help with our jobs. Your friendly demeanor is a huge asset to you as you light a fire under your crew, actively promoting an atmosphere of teamwork and productivity.

Managing the day-to-day tasks of the project is up to you. You create job calendars to ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time, and you troubleshoot any issues that arise. At all times, you are approachable and down-to-earth, and you take pride in being someone your crew can count on to show them the way. Together, you complete jobs on time and within budget, which brings you great satisfaction. You feel great seeing how thrilled our clients are with the excellent work you produce!

WHAT WE NEED IN A REMODELING PROJECT MANAGER

• 5+ years of remodeling experience
• Knowledge about project financials
