We are looking for a Handy Man or Lady to join our team and help with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in home repairs and maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting and other general maintenance person tasks. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently and with a team. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently while effectively communicating with other employees and employer.
Responsibilities:
- Repairing and replacing broken fixtures.
- Installing new fixtures and appliances.
- Performing general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and carpentry work.
- Inspecting and diagnosing problems with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Using power tools to complete repairs and installations.
- Communicating with other employees and employer.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
