- Responsibilities of the Personal Caregiver for the Elderly
- Primarily work in the client's place of residence.
- Shift times, days, and activities vary with client needs
- Responsibilities include assistance with personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. May also include light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
- high school diploma or GED required
- candidates must have reliable transportation

- Previous experience as a caregiver is a plus.
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen and a nationwide background check.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is preferred but not necessary. We will pay for your training to get certified and licensed. Ask us how!
