About the Position

SingleStore is looking for an experienced Head of Revenue Operations to lead both strategic and tactical aspects of the sales operations team. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will drive sales operations for our growing organization. This high-impact, high-responsibility role requires a strategic, metrics-driven operations expert who will have a major impact on the company's growth and sales success. Role and Responsibilities

• Partner with Field Sales, Finance, and Legal to structure deals (own order desk process start to finish), and validate they are done properly.
• Own commission planning and execution of plans, for both individuals and the organization (revenue achievement roadmaps).
• Partner closely with Marketing to analyze the health of our GTM business, driving operational improvements as the company grows, scales, and evolves.
• Deftly resolve Data Quality and system interoperability issues by building process and implementing tools to scale the Revenue Operations function.
• Manage sales analytics and sales reporting and drive process improvements.
• Manage various sales systems, namely Salesforce, and drive best practices around data management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in how to structure contracts
• Strong analytical skills, with experience managing sales reporting and sales metrics
• Deep business acumen, preferably with experience in the enterprise software space
• Strong knowledge of sales systems and tools (Salesforce, Excel, CaptiveIQ, Google Sheets, Sales Enablement and BI Tools)
• Extensive experience with subscription and consumption business models
• Management experience including people, project, and systems management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with very strong presentation skills
• B.S. in Finance, Mathematics, or related field
• 10+ years experience in Revenue Operations
