MECHANIC - Heavy Equipment/Diesel

Experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic/Field Technician wanted for immediate opening.

Job Description:

Diagnose and repair Doosan, Bobcat, CAT, Deere, Equipment both in our shop and at job locations in the field. Must be independently productive and able to work without direct supervision.

Typical duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions or failures. Repairing, replacing and/or rebuilding engines, transmissions, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components, electrical systems and air systems. Must have attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

SKILL LEVEL

-Journeyman/Journeywoman / Minimum of 3-year experience

-Excavator, Dozer, Roller, Grader, Loader- Equipment Type experience

- Welding and fabrication as required.

-Troubleshoot - Hydraulics, Electrical Systems, Valving and Attachments

IMPORTANT DUTIES

-Equipment maintenance according to company policy and procedures
-Communicating in a courteous and effective manner with customers
-Maintaining as clean and safe work area

REQUIREMENTS

- Submission of resume is mandatory
- High School Diploma or equivalence
- Computer Literate
- Able to READ, WRITE and SPEAK English effectively
- Valid Driver's License
- Pre-employment Drug Test (Company Paid)
- Job Ready Tools - For Heavy Equipment to 2 1/2 inch
- Meet Physical Demands: Climbing, Lifting, Pushing, Kneeling, Twisting, various items can be up to 100lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
