Help Desk Analyst -OVERNIGHT HOURS
Key Personnel is hiring Help Desk Analysts for an established company in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing professional and courteous customer service to callers during an overnight shift. Individuals with prior customer service experience, steady work history, and savvy computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay Rate for Help Desk Analyst:
- $18.00/hr with a $1.00 shift differential
- Weekly Pay!
Hours Help Desk Analyst:
- Candidates MUST have availability for a shift during the hours of 9:30pm-8am Wednesday – Saturday! Flexibility to work from home/remote options will be available for up to 2 shifts per week.
Responsibilities for Help Desk Analyst:
- Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, online, and via email
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with credit card processing – VSAT, DSL, Dial
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Point-Of-Sale hardware and software.
- Maintain technical proficiency in all software, hardware and web-based software and platforms
Requirements for Help Desk Analyst:
- Must have a verifiable work history
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
A drug screen and background may be required. EOE
