About Gymnastics Nevada:
Gymnastics Nevada, located in Reno & Sparks, is one of the largest & most complete gymnastics facilities in the west! Our programs encompass an entire range of the gymnastics from the preschool tots program to competitive team programs to Heroes Academy classes. Our gymnastics & Heroes Academy coaches are the backbone of the gym. It is important that you are understanding, upbeat, patient and have integrity.
We don't require experience. We will train the right person!
This position is part time. We need help in the afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Greet & welcome families/students to Gymnastics Nevada with a smile and warm hello
-Ensure all parts of our policies are followed with SAFETY in mind
-Empowering kids to become leaders
-Laughing at the hilarious things kids say
-Coaching with other awesome coaches and leaders
-Learning more about parkour, gymnastics, and obstacle courses
-Contributing to a movement that is developing good kids
-Ensure stars, belts and bands are worn
-Create consistency in customer experience
-Clean your area
-Create a pleasant atmosphere between office, staff, coaches & customers
-Continue learning & attending staff trainings
-Consistent attendance
-Teaching our skills in a fun, safe & consistent manner

Heroes Academy is an all new sport geared toward kids with energy. It's a fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, martial arts, and free style movements (like flipping off a wall!), and is the next big thing in youth athletics! We are looking for energetic, responsible athletes to train the next generation. We have a full training system, however, experience with kids is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
