TAKUMI is a Japanese restaurant provides a unique entertainment experience.

If you enjoy a fast-moving environment and love meeting fun people come and join us! We are looking for experienced Servers with excellent customer service skills, who can be part of an entertainment team!

Job Description:

• Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section
• Taking customers’ food and drink orders
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
• Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock
• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
• Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
• Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
• Ensuring cooking utensils and server area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations

Job Requirements for the Server position:

• At least 1-year of experience in the hospitality experience.
• Alcohol and wine knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of Restaurant POS Software
• Will need a valid CA Food Handler's card.
• Ability to understand and work with a sense of urgency.
