Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of ONCOLOGY experience within the last 3 years.
- Must have an active state License.
- Must have Driver's License.
- Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association.
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 with Booster
- Must have a copy of MMR and Varicella Vaccine
- TB test or Chest X-Ray Required
