Always Compassionate Home Care is a non medical home care agency based in Philadelphia, Pa. Our services include senior companionship, grocery shopping, medication reminders, light housekeeping, ambulation, bathing and other daily care assistance. We provide tailored care plans that meets the needs of individuals and families, and we work hard to ensure we match the best care givers to fit what the care plan entails.

We are hiring multiple home care aides to join our rapidly growing team. You will be tasked with executing the duties outlined per client’s care plan. Although your job is caring for the client, each assignment is a team effort - you will likely have to interact with the client’s loved ones as well.

Responsibilities can range from the following:

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
• Help with general light housekeeping.
• Make transportation arrangements as needed.
• Work with a nurse, personal care aide, a CNA, nurse aide, nursing assistant, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals.
• Observe and report on patient condition.
• Keep up with in-service training.
• Provide feedback and communication to back office management.

RELIABILITY is our #1 requirement. Other requirements include:

• High school diploma/GED
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Have good personal hygiene.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Due to COVID-19, it is highly recommended that all home aides wear masks while in the home of a client despite being fully vaccinated or not. If you are not fully vaccinated, it is required that you wear a mask when in the client's home.

• Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)
