Successful Home Health agency in Farmington, NM is currently seeking a full time Home Health Scheduling Coordinator.

Home Health Scheduling Coordinator Tasks at minimum:

* Assign home health nurses to different households.

* Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.

* Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.

* Maintain departmental day-to-day clinical activities, monitor and prioritize staff workflow and schedules of home visits.

Candidate must have:

Client Focus

Must be highly organized and have multitasking skills to manage and prioritize the cases of several clients at once.

Must be autonomous but also thrive in a *team* environment.

Ability to follow directions

Be able to multi task

Multi line phone knowledge

Professional phone etiquette

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs and strong internet use experience are necessary.

Collaboration Skills
