HONE OPERATOR

Our Princeton, WV location has an immediate opening for a Hone Operator.

1st Shift
7am to 3:30pm

Job Responsibilities of the Hone Operator:

• Primary job responsibility will be to safely refinish the internal bore of hydraulic cylinder tubes using automated honing equipment
• Interpret work instructions to determine proper surface finish
• Use precision measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, bore indicators, and dial indicators
• Write clear and precise work order instructions that will be used by machinist remanufacturing any damages found during inspection
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedure

Job requirements of the Hone Operator:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years mechanical experience or comparable trade school experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently
• Overtime may be required based on customer demand
• Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including background, drug, and health screens
