In this full-time, hourly, and permanent position, you will work independently to manage our vacation rental portfolio, write localized welcome guides for new properties we onboard, and ensure any issues / repairs with our properties get resolved. You must be comfortable with remote communication, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be tech-savvy.
To be successful in this position, you should be a highly motivated self starter and have a proven track record for delivering great customer service. Bonus points if you have tech/start-up or real-estate/air-bnb experience.
As a Remote Relations Manager (Hospitality), you will enjoy the flexibility of working from your own quiet space with good internet. About the Role
This is a remote, full-time property management position. We have a high daily volume of emails and calls, so feeling comfortable typing, and communicating through emails and phone calls is essential. Although we are fully remote, our team is fun and supportive and working to constantly improve our processes!
What will you be doing?
- Managing our vacation rental portfolio
- Fielding phone calls / emails from current or future occupants
- Addressing any issues with current occupants during their stays
- Coordinating with cleaning crews
- Writing localized welcome guides for new properties we onboard
- Ensuring any issues / repairs with our properties get resolved
What skills and experience do you need?
- A highly motivated self starter who is ready to dig in, hustle, and find solutions
- Proven track record for great customer service experience (bonus points for tech/start-up or real-estate customer service/support)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
- Tech savvy (expert with systems like Slack, VOIP, SaaS)
- Familiar with AirBnB

- Experience with Real Estate and property management
- Degree in CS or CIT
- Background in tech
- RE License
