Seasonal Host Position Requirements:

• Morning and daytime availability, no nights! Typical schedules are Friday thru Sunday, 8am - 230pm. Schedule vary based on business needs.
• Must have weekend availability
• MUST be guest and service focused
• Team players ONLY. We all work together to create the best experience to all our guests.
• Experience with TOAST POS a plus

Host Responsibilities:

• Takes To Go guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
• Seats guests and utilizes reservation and wait list system.
• Demonstrates knowledge of menu items by describing food items properly. Maintains company standards for quality food; serves only food that meets standards
• Inputs orders accurately into the POS system
• Bus and Re-Set tables, and may assist with approved side work as outlined in the side work binder
• Practices safe food and beverage handling and always clean up
• Safely handles food prep equipment such as knives, coffee maker, iced tea machine, etc.
• May assist in other job categories as well
• All other duties as assigned

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily while possessing dependability and exceptional teamwork skills
