Hotel Guest Service Representative/ Front Desk
HOURS:
3pm-11pm
Tuesday-Saturday
Must have weekend availability for any call off's/shift coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Computer skills - Ability to navigate and use basic functions of a PC
-People skills - As a Front Desk Agent we are the first impression of the hotel. It is very important to smile at the guest and greet them with warmth.
-Team work- You will occasionally be asked to do things that may be considered outside of the usual expectations of your job description.
-Punctuality - We are a small team who rely on each others punctuality.
-Stability- As a small team we rely on each others punctuality and efforts to maintain smooth operation.
Hotel experience will put you to the top of the list of candidates however great personalities are always wanted. If you meet these basic qualifications, we would love to hear from you!
