We are currently seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our extended stay Candlewood Suites hotel. IHG background will be very beneficial in anyone applying. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a work environment that is conducive to employee growth, as well as being able to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel. In addition, the right candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to manage multiple projects at a time and be creative and open-minded enough to put forth new ideas to help the company evolve and grow.

We are looking for an experienced manager in hotel operations, someone with common sense and attention to details. It's a smaller group of employees here and we want a good leader that's experienced with the extended stay brand. This is a working manager position, so if you're looking for an office job, this is not for you.

This job is located in Topeka, KS and we do own hotels in Missouri as well at the address listed in this ad.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality products and services to satisfy customers.
• Deal with general public and be able to communicate well with guests and employees.
• Handle customer complaints without compromising the integrity of the hotel.
• Be able to handle equipment malfunctions in a public setting.
• Ensure that all hotel staff are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Scheduling and controlling payroll costs, turning in hours at end of pay period.
• Taking classes and passing per IHG brand standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
