Job Summary

Work with a team of experienced cleaners to help families save time by professionally cleaning their homes. You will carpool in pairs or teams of 3 to different areas of La Crosse County and nearby communities cleaning homes from 8am-4:30pm. Most of our days have us visiting between 4-6 homes in a day. Days fly by and the results are quite rewarding.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Dusting, Vacuuming, Mopping, Sanitizing Kitchens and Bathrooms

*Share in our carpooling responsibilities

*Frequent communication with the owners while in the field and on ideas for improvement

Qualifications and Skills

This individual will have a great chance at success if they are:

1. Reliable - as we are a small team and every player on our team matters each and every day.

2. Responsible - for their time, for our products and for our clients homes.

3. Have People/Customer service skills - an essential part of our work is getting to know and building relationships with our clients; it's what some of our clients enjoy just as much as our cleaning.

4. Cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

Benefits

Working in a healthy and uplifting environment that provides flexibility and some profit sharing benefits. We also have a matching retirement plan and you can quickly make between $15-17.50/hr before tips.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
