Traverse City Cleaning Company (TCCC) is in search of a few people who are interested in home cleaning/housekeeping/commercial cleaning. This is not a contract position or short-term gig, it’s an opportunity to start your career with great pay and a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!

This is the perfect job for working parents and anybody seeking more latitude in their work environment. TCCC specializes in cleaning upscale homes and rental houses. We also provide commercial cleaning, restaurant cleaning, office cleaning and an occasional construction clean up.

We need cleaners who are responsible and can manage cleaning jobs on their own, carrying work-issued supplies along with them. Cleaners will complete jobs while keeping an eye on detail, according to TCCC’s high standards.

Experience in customer service, retail, home health care, general labor, manual labor, hospitality or custodial is helpful but unnecessary. We provide training to everyone.

• Hours - 6:00pm until we finish (typically by 12:30am) but can work longer if you’re available. HOURS CAN ALSO BE IN THE MORNING!
• Jobs are every day of the week.
• Typical hours: 10-40 hours per week.
• You must have a DRIVER’S LICENSE and your OWN VEHICLE. You use your own personal vehicle to get to each job (we can do multiple jobs a day).
• We offer a gas allowance to help compensate your travel to each job.
• We work the Traverse City area – 30 mile radius from downtown.
• No felony charges on a background screening
• You get a workout at work - no need to have a gym membership
• Pay range: $19.00-$25.00/hour
